Eine kleine Oase inmitten des teilweise überfüllten Südtirol.

Pros: Man braucht keinen Fernseher, wenn sich der Anblick der Berge minütlich ändert. Ein tolles Naturschauspiel, direkt vom Haus aus. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Rustikales Haus in toller Lage, perfekt für Wandern und Hund

Pros: Tolle Lage mitten im Wandergebiet, eingezäuntes Grundstück perfekt für unseren Hund, Meran und Bozen gut zu erreichen. Tolle Sicht und 2 Aussensitzplätze mit Morgen und Abendsonne und toller Aussicht Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin. Größe perfekt für Ehepaar oder kleine Familie. Küchenausstattung hüttengemäß ausreichend, Kaffeekapsel und Siebträgermaschine italienisch sehr gut.

Herrliche Aussicht und viel Ruhe

Pros: Der Garten ,die Aussicht waren herrlich. Da wo viele hin wandern, waren wir schon. Herrliche Berge vor der Nase. In Meran 33 Grad, auf dem Berg 22 Grad. Super.

Hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus liegt wunderschön über Meran; da fährt man in ungefähr 25 Minuten hin (wenn man den Tod verachtet, schafft man es vielleicht auch in 20 min). Man kann überall um das Haus herum wandern; man muss tatsächlich nirgendwo hinfahren. Zwei Gasthäuser/Hütten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Haus ist total basic eingerichtet (keine Waschmaschine, erst recht keine Spülmaschine), aber das ist total egal, weil es einfach so schön ist. Mehrfach kamen Wanderer vorbei und fragten uns, wie wir an dieses Schmuckstück gekommen sind. Von dem Haus hat man einen unverstellten Blick auf mehrere gewaltige Bergketten. Die Kinder können fröhlich Krach machen, ohne dass es andere stört, weil es einfach keine Nachbarn gibt. Da das Haus auf ca. 1.500 Höhenmetern liegt, ist es etwas kühler als in Meran (300 Höhenmeter), was im Sommer äußerst vorteilhaft ist. In 5-minütiger Autoentfernung ist ein netter kleiner Supermarkt mit Brottheke und sogar noch ein Bäcker. Frische Brötchen für's Frühstück sind also schnell besorgt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und helfen sofort, sobald man anruft. Und sie sprechen (natürlich) deutsch.
