Our apartments are situated in a sunny position at 450 metres on the edge of the historic wine village of St. Pauls in South Tyrol, amidst gently rolling vineyards in a uniquely quiet location. In addition, the breathtaking natural spectacle of the South Tyrolean lowlands with an unrestricted panoramic view towards Bolzano, the Mendola Mountains and the Dolomites.

Our outdoor pool on the inviting sun terrace presents itself unobtrusively and with straightforward elegance. With its 10m x 3,5m it offers relaxing swimming pleasure. Just dive in and relax. Enjoy the restful Mediterranean flair of South Tyrol on our cosy sun terrace, e.g. in one of our beautiful four-poster beds.

Ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub

Wir waren in den Sommerferien für 10 Tage in Eppan. Unser Appartment war äußerst ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool mit den vorhandenen Liegen ist eine Wohlfühl-Oase mit einem traumhaften Ausblick! Man kann Massage-Termine vor Ort buchen (nur zu empfehlen) und eine kleine Weinprobe machen (sehr informativ und persönlich). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich nochmal zu Besuch kommen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Das gesamte Weingut und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck etc. Gewürze waren Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden. Es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine für die ein Paar Kapseln breit liegen. Gegen eine Gebühr kann man in der Wohnung Bier, Wein und Wasser erwerben was ein toller Service ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Der Pool und der Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit Liegen und "Himmelbetten". Der Pool war erfrischend und im Sommer absolut angenehm. Die Familie Lentsch war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. An und Abreise verlief problemlos. Einziger Negativpunkt: Laut Beschreibung sind zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer vorhanden, aber das Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist auf einer Galerie die zur Küche offen ist. Wir haben das "Elternschlafzimmer" an unsere Kinder abgetreten damit wir Abends noch etwas auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche am Tisch sitzen konnten ohne zu laut zu sein. Eine der Matratzen der Einzelbetten war sehr weich.
