March rental feedback

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterford. We do feel it's important to note that the listing wasn't entirely accurate. It mentioned use of the garage which we were never given access to. We were also told that we had to apply to the HOA and pay an additional $100+ for the application which wasn't a part of the advertised cost. We also learned that we could only use one of the pools where the listing said 2. The space itself, location, area and cleanliness were great. Just some honest feedback for future renters to be aware of. Stephanie
