Just a few kilometres uphill, away from Bad Gastein, this apartment building is situated in the middle of an alpine meadow and offers a breathtaking view of the Gastein Valley. The building was recently renovated and offers rustic accommodation with modern amenities.

With a panoramic view of the Salzburg spa and winter sports resort of Bad Gastein and the mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern National Park: in winter, it’s located right on the slopes of the Graukogel ski area; in summer, it’s surrounded by fragrant flower meadows.
The farm is situated at 1,300 m and features authentic furnishings—a haven for a cosy and comfortable farm holiday. The beautiful natural landscape of the Gastein Valley is always in view.

A relaxing day at the Schachengut begins with breakfast together. In the evening, head to the “panorama cinema” on the balcony to watch the sunset over the Kreuzkogel. The scents of the ancient Swiss stone pine forest on the Graukogel are soothing for both body and soul.

At the Schachengut apartment building, a shared kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator is available for your use. For all guests who have booked breakfast, the buffet is served in the beautiful wooden dining room.
