Gather around the adjacent dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, or head out to your covered and furnished deck and fire up the gas grill to spice up your home-cooked menu! Outside, you'll also find an outdoor seating area cooled by dual ceiling fans and a spiral staircase that leads up to a rooftop deck where you can take in the view and soak up the sunshine.

House was clean but the kitchen had very few dishes and cooking utensils.A print out for the TV instructions and garbage schedule would have been helpful. Door lock was a bit wonky.Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and location was nice with a playground next door.

The property was great. It was the management that was the worst. Took us over an hour on the phone for them to get us the correct code to get in the apartment. Kept getting texts with welcome emails and blanks where the code should have been. The first morning there they started cutting the grass at 7am which was not ideal either. There are fun restaurants just down the street so the location is pretty good. No coffee or anything there so bring your own, there were 3 coffee makers.

great property with great views!!! we loved the condo it was very clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures. we weren’t far from anything at all and this is the perfect little place for a little marco island getaway. we will definitely be back soon !!!!
