The house was beautiful and location was perfect! It was clean. Beds were super comfortable!! There are some maintenance issues and landscaping that need to be addressed. Overall our family enjoyed our stay!

The house was a perfect location for an Arcadia golf trip. We did run into an issue and were locked out of the house for a bit. The key pad door to the 3 season room was simple and worked great. There is another door from that room to main house that was as issue. I realize we made the mistake of locking the door, but the handle on the inside worked whether the door was locked or not. We thought it was unlocked. I would think a lock box in the 3 season room would be beneficial as it seems that could easily happen. There was a lock box on the front door but it was inaccessible. When the maintenance guy, Spencer, got access to the lock box, none of the keys worked. I would review both of these situations with the owner. Otherwise a nice place to stay with easy access tot he golf courses!
