Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Ein kleines Regal oder ähnliches wäre gut. Die Küche war klein aber alles drin. Auch an Spülmittel wurde gedacht. Wir konnten auch vor der vereinbarten Uhrzeit die Ferienwohnung beziehen. Das war sehr schön.

Schönes Appartement, sehr nah am Meer

Das Apartment war schön, hell, geräumig in ruhiger Lage, nicht weit vom Meer und dem Zentrum entfernt. Alles ist gut zu erreichen, entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Die Organisation und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war ausgesprochen unkompliziert und freundlich. Ein paar Minuspunkte hätten wir noch anzumerken. Im Schlafzimmern gab es keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer adäquat zu verdunkelt. Keine dunklen Gardinen oder ähnliches. Die Matratze war zu weich, dafür die Kissen zu hart, und die Decken für den Sommer zu dick. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und für uns optimal geeignet. Allerdings hat sich im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr einiges negativ entwickelt. So sind die Türleisten nicht mehr alle fest und die Zimmertüren haben sich verschlechtert - diese schließen teilweise nur mit Nachdrücken. Eine Tür, wenn man sie offen ließ, ging mit Schwung selbständig auf und die Klinke knallte gegen die Wand.

Deichnahe FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Ruhige Lage, Einkauf (Bäcker, EDEKA) fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kurzer Weg zum Deich. Dusche ist ausreichend groß, jedoch kommt in der ganzen FeWo kein wirklich kaltes Wasser aus den Spendern. Küche ist eingerichtet, jedoch ohne wirkliche Arbeitsfläche. Wohnung ist für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkung (Gehstöcke), 1. OG, geeignet.
