After sunbathing at the beaches, take everyone to mini-golf, for scenic walks on the boardwalk, or strolls through local parks. Return to your open-concept home base after exciting days out and about. Lounge comfortably in the living space watching something on TV while the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make snacks or meals. Wind down for the evening in one of the comfortable beds before your next big adventure begins! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool (which is a wading pool) is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
