The Space:

The Century I units, located in Ocean City, Maryland, are unique split-level vacation townhouses, most offering a spectacular view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. Central air conditioning, all appliances, bayside and oceanfront balconies. High speed lobby elevators and separate beach elevator. Most units offer free HBO and Showtime. Two bedroom, two bath vacation rental units available. Non-refundable building registration fee required. '*BAYSIDE BALCONY IS CLOSED DURING THE OFF SEASON DUE TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.*



Things to Know

Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.

A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.

The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.

The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated'*BAYSIDE BALCONY IS CLOSED DURING THE OFF SEASON DUE TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.*

Fantastic

We really enjoyed this condo. It is beautiful and the only few suggestions I’d have are being very particular and have to do with kitchen items that could be supplied or improved. We would stay again without hesitation.

Cozy with lovely views

Staying at Century 1 2515 was the chill vacation that our family needed. The view was amazing and the apartment was very cozy. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that we could need. I would recommend this place to anyone but with one caveat that there can be some noisiness from the elevator mechanism which is on the roof above. It is far from a deal breaker and you won't notice it all that much. Other then that the apartment was fabulous and the facilities were very nice too!

Everything’s clean, everything works

We do a weeklong beach vacation every year and it seems that even the good properties have something that isn’t working. Either the WiFi is fickle or some outlets are busted. But this unit came through exactly as advertised. The A/C is very strong and can get you chilly if you want. All the TVs were connected to the cable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture is either new or well kept and the interior overall is modern and comfortable. We were concerned that the balcony has no overhang, so there was no way to sit outside if there was any rain or when the sun was overhead, but the sun is behind the building by about 1 pm in the summer, so you have natural shade all afternoon. The beds in both rooms seemed narrow at first (they’re both the same size) but everyone fit so it wasn’t a problem.
