The Space:

You'll want to return to this Hawaiian Village condo year after year, thanks to a gorgeous oceanfront position and views that stretch up and down the coast of North Ocean City. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers two twin beds and a private balcony where you can soak in the amazing oceanfront view. Enjoy central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, and a Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room. On the grounds, you'll have access to an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool as well.



This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Waikiki Beach fun

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great, with lots of mini golf, ice cream and some very cute and delicious restaurants within walking distance. The property is nice- could use a bit of an update as far as furniture, but right on the beach, and we enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view ( that moon and sunrise though!!!). Access to the pool is a nice touch as well! We recommend!

The views are wonderful, furniture and beds are comfortable. Be aware of missing luggage carts when checking in and out. Nothing to put your stuff on.

Clean, beautiful view, but a little worn

Overall the unit was very clean. Furniture was fine, but the stove is chipped and washer/dryer didn't work. The bathrooms were also bit dated but clean.

Nice view of ocean

We like everything except the wi-fi from the VACASA Home Network, Captive Wi- Fi. It was pretty terrible, slow, hard to login, dropped frequently, etc.

What a view with the room!

What more do you need to know than the balcony is spectacular. As soon as we walked in we could see the water. We spent almost as much time on the balcony as we did on the beach. Ended up having to bring our own sheets but thankfully we were called the day before and could bring from home. Beautiful unit over all.

Location is perfect

King sized bed was very comfortable. Good coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Limited storage space in the bathrooms. Very limited storage in the kitchen; it was barely adequate for 2 of us. Couch very comfy. Good WiFi. TVs in every room although we didn’t use any of them. Dresser in 2nd bedroom is falling apart. Overall this unit is OK’ish.
