Your home away from home near Lake Success. Easy access to the 190 including Springville, The Springville Ranch/White Barn (15 min), Balch Park, the Golden Trout Wilderness, Camp Nelson, Trail of 100 Giants and Sequoia National Park (1hr)

This charming newly renovated mid century designed farmhouse offers plenty of space for guests. Upstairs has 3br and 2 Bath, featuring 1 king bed, 2 queen beds. 2 small twin Futons perfect for children and a Queen air matress. Downstairs is its own studio appartment! Complete with 1 bath, full kitchen, mini split, TV, ceiling fans, fridge and dishes, 1 full bed, and a queen sofa bed. All 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, 1 has bathtub, and hair dryer. Comfort is our goal here!

Guests can relax in the terrific open living room with views of hills surrounding the valley, olive orchards behind us and the neighboring livestock. The primary bedroom has wifi TV .

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring the National Parks or gathering for a cozy night in with the family or friends, this awesome farmhouse has you covered. The kitchen appliances, linens, and furniture are all new. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling near Porterville, Lake Success, Sequoia National Forest, or Sequoia National Park.

Please place all trash in Trash Bin at the end of the Driveway
Please turn off AC /mini split downstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Open Flames- This home is under a no burn mandate for most of the year. Because of fire risk we ask you have no candles, fires or open flames.
Pool fence is not locked. It is renters responsibility to watch all children while outside at all times.
Please do not enter pastures.(front and back) We may have horses goats and other livestock rotating through at times. Please don't open gates.
