Country house with Italian flair in Brandenburg oasis with sauna

Our idyllic village is accessible by train (one and a half hours from Berlin Central Station) and is located in the smallest municipality in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district of Brandenburg.

We mostly host yoga and meditation retreats, but we’re also delighted to welcome private guests :)

Endless opportunities for walks along marked hiking and biking trails. A horse farm, restaurants, shopping, and tennis courts are just a 15-minute drive away. Lakes with swimming areas—Borker See or Königsberg See—are about 5 km away. Explore the Dosse River by canoe. Thermal baths in Neuruppin and Bad Wilsnack. An idyllic setting for rest and relaxation.

There is the option to board your own horses; further details available upon request.

4,000 square metres of private and peaceful property:
- Farmhouse for up to 8 people, 220 square metres of living space, 3 double bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 king-size bed), large attic (2 single beds), wood-burning stove, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen (garden grill available upon request)

- Barn (rental only in conjunction with the farmhouse and for workshops) and
- Garden pergola with dining table, seats 16
- Outdoor sauna (upon request)
- 6 bicycles (upon request)
_ Fire pit (wood available upon request)
Open April/May through September/October for:
- weekend workshops (10–12 guests)
