The house has two living units.

The Kranich holiday home is a duplex with two identically furnished holiday apartments, each measuring 60 square metres, and a separate terrace of 20 square metres each. The holiday home is located on the quiet outskirts of the town of Rechlin on the southern shore of Lake Müritz.

Each holiday apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a sleeping area with two mattresses in the attic, as well as a bathroom. Outside, each apartment has a parking space and a playground surrounded by green space. Our holiday home offers Wi-Fi access.

The Kranich holiday home has central heating. Relax on your own terrace and share stories about your adventures.
For example, friends or grandparents can enjoy a holiday in one apartment while the children or grandchildren stay in the other.
Within walking distance in town, you’ll find 3 modern marinas and bike rental shops, as well as 2 supermarkets, 3 restaurants, 1 dentist, 1 pharmacy, and a large department store. In the surrounding area, you’ll find canoe, surf, kite, and catamaran rental stations.

Lake Müritz, the largest lake in the Mecklenburg Lake District, is a paradise for beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, and anglers. On the scenic Müritz Circular Trail along the Müritz National Park (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site), you can discover the unique natural beauty of the countless forests and lakes in every season. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert, da der Gastgeber direkt vor Ort war. Das Häuschen und auch der Garten sind sehr ordentlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliche ruhige, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben (Boot anmieten, Ausflugsziele).Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Umgebung.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, bequeme Betten. An alle nötigen Standards wurde gedacht.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung ausgestattet und alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Garten war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Badestrand. Für den täglichen Bedarf, ist der örtliche Supermarkt fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf immer schnell erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Lage

Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ohne Tür voneinander getrennt, was es etwas hellhörig macht. Was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen :-)

Bike Tour um die Müritz See

Ich war bei einem Super Sonnigen Wetter 13 Tage vor Ort. Museum-Besuch in Rechlin-Nord und Waren. Habe diverse Seen per Fahrrad umfahren und Abends noch ein paar Stunden auf der Terrasse gesonnt. Die Wohnung war für mich genau passend und Fam. Laabs sind sehr nette Vermieter. Teils gibt es dort diverse sehr gut ausgebaute Fahrradstraßen auch durch den Nationalpark. 2 nette Einkaufsmärkte in direkter Nachbarschaft. MfG Michael Stephan

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Abstrichen

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt an der Müritz, auch wenn wir in der Ferienwohnung ein paar Abstriche in Kauf nehmen mussten. Leider wurde die Ausstattung teilweise nicht so vorgefunden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Beispielsweise entpuppte sich der Wäschetrockner als einfacher Wäscheständer, die Klimaanlage als Standventilator und die Waschmaschine war im Haus der Vermieter nebenan. Das Wlan war leider an 3 Tagen nicht nutzbar. Im Küchenereich ist kein ausreichender Platz für den gleichzeitigen Betrieb der Elektrogeräte vorhanden (Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine), und dort sind auch zu wenige Steckdosen verfügbar. Das Mobiliar hat schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich und ist reichlich abgewohnt. Insgesamt ist ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen im Ferienhaus vorhanden, es liegt ruhig und ein PKW-Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern gestaltete sich problemlos.

Leider für Ältere Personen bedingt geeignet

Bis auf die Schlafsituation war es sehr angenehm! Ich war mit meinen Eltern 74/71 zu Gast, Leider sind die ausgewiesenen Schlafräume im oberen Geschoss und nur über eine bedingt angenehme Treppe zu erreichen. Für meine Eltern leider eine große Hürde! Die im Erdgeschoss befindlich Couch war dann das Notnachtlager welches für 2 Nächte Okey war!

Urlaub in Rechlin

Hallo, ich war mit meiner Familie dort und es war gut. Ich möchte nicht sagen sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr nett. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und im Sommer ist das Dachgeschoss sehr sehr warm.. nicht auszuhalten. Die Lage ist neben einer Firma wo es sehr laut ist.

Schönes Urlaubsgebiet

In Ordnung. Für ältere Leute mit Knie oder Hüftleiden ungeeignet , da die Treppen zu steil sind. Für Leute mit Blasenproplemen ebenso ungeeignet ,da Bad im Erdgeschoß ist .Dachgeschoß kann man nicht stehen .Kissen und Matratzen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten prima ,alles was man braucht ist vorhanden .Auch der Gastgeber freundlich,vorallem seine Tipps für Unternehmungen .

Kurzurlaub

Hatten eine tolle Woche an der südlichen Müritz. Das Ferienhaus war genau wie versprochen! Gemütliches Wohnklima mit viel Holz, großer Terrasse, gut ausgestatter Küche und allem Zubehör, was man so braucht oder brauchen könnte. Der Garten ist ebenfalls toll und so gestaltet, dass man sich nicht auf dem Präsentierteller fühlt. Die Vermieter waren uns auch sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko: die Treppen ins Schlafzimmer sind beide sehr steil und ggf. für sehr kleine Kinder oder unbeweglichere Menschen ungeeignet. Würde jederzeit wieder hierher fahren!
