Home was spacious, well furnished, and clean for the most part. All appliances, electronics, and fixtures worked well. Location is excellent, just a 10 min drive to Rehoboth beach. While we had a comfortable stay overall, we did have some issues. Firstly, a couple of the blankets looked like they had some stains and could have been cleaned better. Also, the blanket in the master suite was completely missing. We had to use one of the many random throw blankets for the first night. Secondly, the door to the bathroom of the ground level bedroom was locked with no way to open it (no emergency key). Due to the lack of responsiveness from local housekeeping team, we had to visit a nearby Walmart to get a set of small tools to release the lock ourselves. (For future reference, the lock uses a push mechanism through a pin hole to unlock, not a turning mechanism. You could probably unlock it with a unbent paperclip or Bobby pin). However we had to troubleshoot this issue ourselves, and didn't get any resolution or support with this or the missing blanket issue until the next day around 11. Messages sent to the host would sometimes take a while (over an hour or 2) before getting a real response.Lastly, the front door lock keypad is a little finicky and would not always respond predictably. Sometimes the keypad would flash red in failure after just entering 2 or 3 digits of the 10 digit code. You have to press the top button to reset it and start over.
