This pretty Tiny House with its cozy living area with sofa bed (1.20x1.90 m), dining area and the well-equipped kitchenette invites you to stay. In the separate bedroom with box spring bed you will sleep and dream wonderfully. In addition, the Tiny House has its own bathroom with shower / WC.

On your private wooden terrace with garden furniture you can relax while enjoying the wonderful view of the countryside and the mountains. Here you can eat together or end the day with a barbecue. A barbecue can be rented for a fee and deposit. In addition, there is a barbecue area that can be used.

On the premises of Franz Josef?s Landresort there is a general WLAN hotspot.

The Tiny Haus is located on the campsite Franz?s Josef?s Landresort in an idyllic and quiet location. Here you will find a bistro with a large sun terrace offering drinks and snacks. The place is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, as it offers the perfect location for hiking and biking. The campsite is located between the Danube and the Bavarian Forest. You can find the Danube cycle path in about 5,6 km distance. The Rannasee is about 9 km away. Here you can swim and practice water sports.

You will also find many popular excursion destinations nearby: Passau, Haus am Strom Untergriesbach, Danube boat trip, Granite Center Bavarian Forest Hauzenberg, visitor mine Graphit Kropfmühle Hauzenberg, Old house distillery Penninger Waldkirchen, treetop path Kopfing, Museum Village Bavarian Forest Tittling and even Austria is not far away. In winter you can go cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity (about 900 m away), or go skiing in Austria (Hochficht is about 39 km away).
