We were initially surprised to learn that check-in and communication were not with the host, but with a management company. However, their service and attentiveness were excellent. The condo is wonderful. Spacious, well furnished, and right on the ocean! We were disappointed that the table and chairs the listing said were on the larger balcony were not present. But that was the only downside. The two nearby restaurants were excellent, too! We would definitely return!!
