Cozy vacation apartment (50 sqm) for up to 3 people with balcony

Our cozy two-room attic apartment was partially renovated in 2021 and features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sleeper sofa for one additional person. The kitchenette with a dishwasher and the open dining area provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. A balcony is the perfect place to relax after hikes or other activities. Additional amenities include a TV and a dishwasher. The tasteful decor creates a cozy atmosphere during your stay. Prime location with plenty of recreational options nearby: The town square is just a short walk away (700 m) and offers great shopping opportunities. The Karoli Water Park and the Karoli Ice Rink (300 m), the climbing forest (1 km), and many hiking and biking trails are also easily accessible on foot. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are also several ski slopes and cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity. Those who aren’t as comfortable walking can also reach everything conveniently by city bus. A bus stop is located right in front of our house. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. For cancellations made later than that, 100% of the room rate will be charged. The deposit is 50% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: Adults 3.00 euros, children 1.50 euros. Pets are not allowed.
