-Master bedroom with 2 queen beds
-Bedroom 2 with 1 king bed + TV
-Bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed
-Extra sleeping options in the game room including a sofa bed (65” x 73”) and a queen air mattress
-Extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets are provided for added comfort.

Guest access
Self check-in is available for your ease and convenience via smart lock access.
You will have access to the entire house and all its amenities including the backyard and laundry except the locked supply closets. Free parking is available on the driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available if additional space is needed.
Other things to note
Please note that there is also a Ring doorbell camera in the front door. It only turns on occasionally when the house is vacant.
House rules:
- Verified guests only: clear profile photo & government ID must match profile.
- Primary guest 21+. Under 21 must be with a parent/guardian.
- No parties, loud music, or smoking indoors. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM.
- Max 12 guests unless approved.
- Keep the home clean & do not move furniture.
- Damages or missing items charged at replacement cost.
- Pets are welcome - please clean up after them ($200 fee for waste).
