Eine großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt. Der Wintergarten hat ebenfalls zum gemütlichen Verweilen - v. a. bei Schietwetter - eingeladen. Die Lage ist ruhig. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Elektrogeräte waren auf dem neuesten Stand (Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine und es gab sogar einen Gefrierschrank). Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
