The 53 m² apartment is stylishly furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people (four adults and one baby). The entrance is located in the western part of the new building and leads directly into the living and dining area, which is connected to a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker. The Scandinavian decor blends perfectly with modern elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Adjacent to the living area is the cosy bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your clothes. For added flexibility, there’s a TV room with a pull-out couch (140 × 200 cm) that sleeps two more people. Here, you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. There is another TV in the bedroom.

The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a walk-in shower for easy access. Fresh towels and a basic selection of toiletries are provided for your use.

One of the apartment’s highlights is the adjoining terrace, which is furnished with high-quality patio furniture and is perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and unwind after a long day at the beach.

The house is located in a quiet area and offers barrier-free access to the beach, which is only 350 metres away (Section 25). Here you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the North Sea or relax in one of the many beach chairs. For adventure seekers, the Föhr go-kart track “Föhrring” is nearby, thrilling visitors with its fast-paced turns and high speeds. The forest is also not far away and is perfect for relaxing walks and bike rides.
