Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 22 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine.
