What a space! The large kitchen has a very spacious dining area and easily accommodates the whole family. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with wonderful views from the balconies.
The centre is within walking distance and has several restaurants and shops. Every morning you can get delicious fresh rolls from the local bakery
Wald- Königsleiten is located between three famous ski areas. The Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area are ideal for those who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. The Wildkogel Arena ski area, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children. The longest winter toboggan run in Europe is in Bramberg.
In the summer, too, there is plenty to do in this region. Due to its location directly at the national park, Hohe Tauern, this location is perfect for many beautiful walks or mountain bike tours. A visit to the Krimml waterfall or the beautiful Gerlos reservoir are definitely worthwhile. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall swimming pool. Here you will also find (mini) golf courses

Schöne Ferienwohnung 15-30 min von den Skigebieten

Wir - Familie mit 2 Kindern ( 11/15J) waren im Januar 24 für 1 Woche Skiurlaub in dieser Wohnung . Sie entsprach in allen Details der Beschreibung, hat eine gemütliche Küche und einen schönen Ausblick über das Tal . Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar, wenn wir mal Hilfe brauchten. Klare Empfehlung!

Ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung hält was im online Inserat versprochen wird. Rundum zufrieden. Die Region bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten verschiedenster Aktivitäten. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Solide Ferienunterkunft mit kleinen Defiziten

Alles in allem kann man sich hier gut zwei Wochen aufhalten. Von Vorteil sind größere Kinder. Mit Baby und der kleinen 2jährigen war es an manchen Stellen eine Herausforderung! Nur Dusche, keine geeigneten Kinderbetten mit Rausfallschutz, keine richtige Wickelmöglichkeit außer auf dem Bett, in der Küche als Aufenthaltsraum wenig Platz zum Spielen. Dafür waren die Schlafzimmer wunderbar geräumig und haben jede Menge Platz geboten, vor allem auch die Kleiderschränke. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, hat aber Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Es gab einen Gefrierschrank, sehr gut. In der Küche war noch jede Menge Platz, seine Einkäufe gescheit einzuräumen. Uns fehlten große Tassen für Kaffee und dergleichen, gab nur kleine Tassen. Haben zwei Schüsseln kaufen müssen, damit die Kinder ihre Cornflakes zum Frühstück essen konnten. Ein paar Pfannenwender und derlei Werkzeug hätten beim Kochen noch sehr geholfen. Eine Pfanne war so zerkratzt, dass die Beschichtung im Essen landet - einfach mal entsorgen und neu kaufen. Der Wasserkocher war völlig verkalkt - sowas wäre auch einfach zu beheben bevor jeweils neue Gäste kommen. Die Toilette ist separat, was durchaus Vorteile bietet, nur leider gab es dort kein Waschbecken, was wiederum etwas umständlich ist. Handwaschseife, Spülmittel, mussten wir selbst kaufen... Lage ist in Ordnung, wenn man nichts dagegen hat, an manchen Tagen wenigstens 1h Fahrt einzurechnen. Für die Salzburg Card fast zu dezentral.
