A very welcoming and secluded property with amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. The property is very modern and spacious. Definitely a gem for a relaxing vacation experience.
Spectacular is spot on. I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs and this one is top of the list!Furnishings were stunning. They thought of everything including indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Super clean. Well supplied with kitchenware and dishwater, and the view is top of the mountain not equaled. The drive up the hill is paved and just takes a touch of patience to drive. We saw bears and dear from the decksWe had a sensational time there.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re glad Summit Splendor’s thoughtful furnishings, amenities, and mountain views made for such a memorable stay. It’s special to spot wildlife from the decks, too. Coastal Vibe Vacations appreciates you sharing your experience.
Clean rooms, mountains view, family-friendly, host responded perfectly. Seen bears. Seen dear. Seen a bunch of turkeys. Hot was perfect, pool was the best thing for the kids to do. All I can say,the best thing I could give the house is give it 10 star and 120%
This is an excellent property and the views are amazing. It is brand new, we were only the 2nd or 3rd group to stay in this home, everything is new. If you are interested in wildlife sightings, we had a bear on the property 4 times in seven days and several turkeys. Very close to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountains National Park. Very family friendly with lots of amenities for children of all ages. plus an indoor pool. The host was very responsive when we needed something. I highly recommend this location.

Amazing Family Getaway
We had an amazing stay here with four families and three generations together, and the house could not have worked better for our group. There was room for everyone to spread out comfortably while still feeling connected. The house is brand new and so fresh and clean. The common areas were great for gathering, meals, and hanging out, and the bedrooms gave everyone enough privacy and space to recharge.
One of our favorite parts of the trip was coming back after long days of hiking and exploring. The kids would head straight to the pool or playground while the adults sat around nearby relaxing and talking and just enjoying the beautiful mountain setting. The mountain views are amazing! Those evenings together ended up being some of the best memories of the trip.
Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we left already talking about coming back.

Long family vacation
First and foremost the view total makes this cabin worth the stay. As for the cabin itself it is amazing. Great space for large families or big friends groups. We only wish we would have had more time to enjoy it more.
