Climate control keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, while thoughtful touches like in unit washer, dryer, iron and ironing board add to the ease of your stay. Outside there is a Rhino gas griddle, and for your boat a hose and external plug. There is a communal fire pit for hanging out and swapping stories.
