Modern duplex with terrace and sea views. Comfortable and fully equipped for you and your family to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. A wonderful place to enjoy the beach, just two minutes’ walk from the house.

Bedroom 1: double bed.

Bedroom 2: two single beds, can be joined or separated.

Common area: sofa bed in the dining area.

Dining room and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped.

Bathrooms: two full bathrooms.

Terrace: two terraces with sun all day and fabulous sea views. Relaxation area with outdoor furniture.

Free parking inside the building. Heating and air conditioning. Wi-Fi available.



SURROUNDINGS:

Very quiet and safe, central area. Near the duplex you’ll find supermarkets, shops, the famous beach bars, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants in town. Long promenade, ideal for walking or sports activities.



GETTING AROUND:

The house is 40 km from Barcelona city centre, 50 minutes by train. The train station is a two-minute walk from the house. 45 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.



Important rules: check-in from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Family property.



This is a residential area: by local law, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.

Perfect apartment and welcoming host

The apartment was amazing – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was super smooth and easy. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here!

War eine gute Wahl

Die Wohnung liegt nur zwei Fussminuten vom Strand entfernt und in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im Ort. Die Wohnung ist im 2. und 3, Stock und ist mit Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Im 2. Stock findet sich ein Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Im 3. Stock dann 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad und 2 Dachterassen sowie ein kleienes Zimmer das nur einen Schrank und Stauraum enthält.

Sonnige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Strandes

Die Wohnung liegt 2 Fußminuten vom Strand und 4 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem eine direkte Zugverbindung nach Barcelona geht. Die beiden Dachterrassen bieten einem die Möglichkeit, Sonne oder Schatten zu suchen, je nachdem was man gerade benötigt. Restaurants und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in Fußentfernung. Wir wurden von der Verwaltung proaktiv vor der Ankunft kontaktiert um die Wohnungsübergabe zu besprechen, was auch geklappt hat. Einziger Abzug: der Garagenaufzug war defekt, so dass wir das Auto nicht im Haus sondern 5 Fußminuten entfernt parken mussten (wofür aber keine Kosten entstanden). Als einmal das WLAN nicht funktionierte hat die Verwaltung trotz später Stunde sofort geantwortet, am nächsten Tag vorbei geschaut und mit dem Provider telefoniert, der dann das Problem beheben konnte.
