Central Van 1bedroom Suite
Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of Vancouver! This charming 1-bedroom suite offers the perfect blend of residential tranquility and urban accessibility. Located in the friendly Victoria-Fraserview neighborhood, you are perfectly positioned to explore everything the Lower Mainland has to offer.
This is a completely self-contained 1-bedroom basement suite, and it also has a double size sofa bed in the living room. Guests have own private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please with total privacy.
Guests have full access to the entire unit. Please note that the laundry room is a shared utility area between the suite and the owner’s section, separated by a privacy curtain. For your convenience, you have a dedicated 2-in-1 Washer & Dryer combo for your exclusive use—you will not need to share the machine with the owner. Additionally, for your peace of mind, you can lock the door from your side whenever the laundry area is not in use.
