It's in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from I-95, off 10 mins to MIA and 15 mins to FLL. 5 mins from Barry University. 125 street east thru the causeway to the beaches on

To maintain the property, Cleaning will be required every two weeks for long term stays over 28 days at a cost of $100

Spacious three bedroom three bathroom and retro, good WIFI to work from home. Close to beaches and airports Back up generator on site, you will never lose power.
