Vacation home grandpa's old house

This bungalow-style house is located in the quiet Birkenhain holiday community in Trassenheide on the island of Usedom. The house, with approximately 50 m² of living space, sits on a lot of approximately 600 m². It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-dining area, and a covered patio. The bathroom has a shower.

The house was purchased by the grandparents in 1990. Grandma took care of the garden, and Grandpa took care of the house. The result is a lovingly and modernly furnished home with a beautiful garden.

Here, families can enjoy a contemporary and relaxing holiday, and the children can run and play barefoot to their heart’s content on the vast property.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out can take place on Mondays and/or Fridays during peak season, and daily during the off-season. The minimum stay is 3 nights during the high season and 2 nights during the low season.



Holiday Home “Opa’s Old House”:

The lovingly furnished bungalow, approximately 50 square metres in size, features a large covered terrace facing south. The living-dining area is furnished with a couch (which can be converted into a bed for the 5th and 6th guests, sleeping area approx. 1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator with one freezer compartment. One of the two separate bedrooms has two sliding single beds, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom features a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. The spacious garden offers plenty of room for playing and relaxing.

A high chair is available in the garden shed.

100% green electricity is billed additionally at €0.45/kWh based on consumption. A portable infrared heater and an electric radiator are available for cooler hours. The house has free Wi-Fi with internet access.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
