The place is seriously overdue on basic maintenance. Many of the lights and other basic functions (like the front door electronic lock) didn’t work at all, and dozens of small things could have been easily improved with a little attention. The outside door upstairs was misaligned and required real force to get it to properly close. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. Other outlets (such as the livingroom mantle, under the mirror) had wires cut (!) and exposed out. Decades-old paint is pealing both inside and out. Overall the property doesn’t seem to have been well cared for, which was disappointing given the relatively high nightly rate.The photos of the home are clearly very old, and don’t accurately represent the state it’s currently in. Most of the main floor is in a worse state, and carefully left out of all listing photos.Looking through them again, the listing photos are very misleading. Do not recommend
