Close to businesses, hospitals, freeways in a wooded neighborhood next to trails
Wonderful residential neighborhood with a trail right out your front door to go around Rice Lake, which is a 4 mile loop. You can also go down the trail to the left and it will take you to Elm Creek reserve. Within 5-10 minutes to many large businesses and hospitals. It is also so convenient; 2-3 miles from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and two major freeways to make commutes easy. 20 minute drive to enjoy a Twins game, Theater, Minneapolis Farmers Market and so much more. The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils, small appliances, cooking, and baking supplies that you will need to make your monthly stay wonderful. There is plenty of storage in the pantry in the kitchen a walk-in closet in the master bedroom a large linen closet in the upstairs bathroom and some shelving in the garage for your storage needs.

This is a gem of a neighborhood. It is surrounded by a wooded area and close to beautiful trails around the lake and along a creek but only 2 miles from all the amenities you would need such as Target, Walmart, Hobby lobby, many restaurants, Sam’s Club, Costco, shopping, Hospital, and so many large businesses and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
You have all the conveniences within 2 miles but looking out your front window you have greenery. It is a corner unit so you have windows on 2 sides. In is located in a cul-de-sac so there is not a bunch of thru traffic.
