The centre of Pfaffing is about a 5-minute walk away.<br> Our new, fully equipped, spacious, and modern holiday rental is located in a quiet new development, on the ground floor right in Pfaffing. It’s ideal for holidaymakers with or without children, trade show attendees, or guests planning a longer stay. It has a living area of 108 square metres, including the balcony, and is perfectly suited for up to 6 people. The newly landscaped garden offers space for sunbathing, barbecuing, playing, and more. Wi-Fi is included free of charge. Enjoy a magnificent view of the Wendelstein with a panoramic Alpine vista in good weather. A beautiful children’s playground is just a 2-minute walk from our house. Our swimming pool is a 2-minute drive away (or a 5-minute walk). <br> All shops, banks, a hair salon, a doctor’s office, a dentist’s office, and a bus stop are within walking distance. There is also a golf course in town, with 7 additional golf courses nearby. Wasserburg am Inn, Chiemsee, Rosenheim, Ebersberg, Grafing, and Munich are all within easy reach. The thermal baths in Bad Endorf, Bad Aibling, and Erding are perfect for a relaxing day. Many hiking and biking trails start right from the holiday rental.
