Gute Wohnung, unangenehme Kommunikation

Einige Tage nach Buchungsbestätigung und Überweisung an den Vermieter, fordert dieser nachträglich mehr Geld von uns, weil ein falscher Preis für die Unterkunft angezeigt worden sei. Wir zahlten ohnehin über dem angezeigten Durchschnittspreis. Der Vermieter hätte sich mit diesem Problem direkt an FeWo wenden können aber wollte das Geld von mir. Nach vielen Telefonaten und Mails meinerseits habe ich das für den Vermieter mit der Plattform geregelt und er hat sein Geld von FeWo erhalten. Eine angenehme Urlaubsvorfreude sieht anders aus. Eigentlich seine Aufgabe. Statt uns zu empfangen wie vom Vermieter an uns vorab kommuniziert, war dieser bei unserer Ankunft im Urlaub, was auch den Urlaubsstart mit einigen Ungereimtheiten schwieriger machte, da viel unklar war. Die Wohnung an sich war einfach aber gut. Super Lage, schnell am See.

Unterkunft in Ordnung, sehr nahe am See! Der Verwalter ist sehr nett, alles hat gut funktioniert.

Sehr schöne FeWo in perfekter Umgebung

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Bodensee, ruhiger Ort im Aufwind (neuer Uferweg, Spielplatz, sauberer und schicker Ortskern, nette Geschäfte, dennoch ruhig und friedlich), guter Ausgangspunkt für Familienausflüge - vor allem ab dieser Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wohnung ist top!!! Der Parkplatz für die Wohnung liegt etwas abschüssig direkt neben dem Hauseingang. Im Wohngebiet selbst gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Ich bin gleich bei meiner Ankunft, als ich aus dem Auto ausstieg um meine Wohnung zu suchen, von einem offensichtlich selbst ernannten „Sheriff“ angesprochen worden, dass ich hier nicht parken dürfte und er nochmal ein Auge zudrücken würde. Ansonsten waren alle dort sehr freundlich!!! Bäcker dicht dabei. Bodensee und Badestrand (sehr schön und mit guter Gastronomie) sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ruhige komfortable Bodenseenähe

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung komfortabel und ruhig. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Bodensee war sehr angenehm. Guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Umgebungsbesuche. Gerne wieder Michael G.
