The south-facing terrace offers everything you need for a sunny day at the beach. On the breakfast terrace, you can start your day in a relaxed manner. On both terraces, you can unwind in a beach chair.
You can feel right at home in the well-maintained garden and spend cosy summer evenings there.
Your car can be parked under the property’s spacious carport. Additional parking spaces are available on the driveway.
The quiet area of Böhl is an ideal starting point for your holiday activities, such as bike rides and walks through the spa forests and salt marshes. The seawall is within walking distance. Breathe in the North Sea air on long walks along the beach and explore the Wadden Sea.
In the nearby village of Dorf, you’ll find shops and restaurants.
***Due to a municipal project, a construction site will be set up for an extended period starting in mid-May 2026. This will result in noise disturbances and restricted access to the property. The construction site will remain in place until approximately mid-October***

MeerGlück Thatched-Roof House:

You’ll immediately feel at home in this modern and cosy thatched-roof house and have a wonderful time. With a living area of approximately 150 square metres, the holiday home spans 2 floors.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the terrace.
The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed, as well as a bedroom with two single beds.
Both bathrooms with showers on the upper floor have natural light and a walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
A laundry package can be booked upon request.
A maximum of one pet is allowed for a fee.
