We would definitely stay here again.It was close to great restaurants, bakers and butcher shops.What else could one want.The owner was very friendly. Good idea to have some Deutsche as owner does not speak English.

Wish we had more time!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property the night before we flew home from Munich. If we had known what a beautiful town Neubeuern was, and what a wonderful property it was going to be, we would’ve stayed longer! We were made to feel so welcome, as if we were staying for a month! Their daughter speaks perfect English and was just as kind and helpful as her Mom. We would gladly return to discover all that Neubeuern has to offer and stay with this delightful family!

Ein verlängertes Wochenende in gemaltem Ferienhaus in herrlicher Landschaft

Das Ferienhaus ermöglichte mir und meinen drei erwachsenen Kindern ein komfortables Treffen in einem voll ausgestatteten und sehr gemütlich eingerichtetem Kurzzeitheim. Sie bietet eine ruhige Lage inmitten eines Dorfes in abwechslungsreicher Umgebung. Frühstücken zuhause, Wanderungen in der nahen Umgebung, Essen gehen in einem der umliegenden bayerischen Wirtshäuser und gemütliche Abende im Wohn-/Essraum waren unsere Highlights.

Schönes Domizil mit bayrischem Flair

Das Blockhaus ist ein schönes Domizil mit bayrischem Charakter. Wir haben dort 2 Wochen im September verbracht und den Chiemgau per Radtouren und Wanderungen erkundet. Die Vermieterin bzw. Mutter der Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist bei Rückfragen direkt erreichbar. Sie hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen zu möglichen Aktivitäten vor Ort, Restaurants und Ausflugszielen gegeben und hatte immer ein paar Minuten Zeit für einen netten Plausch zwischendurch. Mankos: Die WLAN-Verbindung ist sehr langsam, nicht mehr zeitgemäß und eher eine Katastrophe; der TV-SAT-Empfang ruckelt häufig (nicht nur bei Gewitter oder Niederschlägen). Die Ledercouch ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Verbindungen der einzelnen Elemente halten nicht mehr zusammen. Die Waschmaschine kann nur mit Münzen betrieben werden, was wir angesichts des gehobenen Mietpreises als kleinlich bewerten; eine Gratisgabe für 2-3 Waschungen wäre angemessen gewesen. Daher kleiner Abzug bei der Bewertung.

Leider nicht 5 Sterne

Der Balkon mit der Aussicht ist super. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nur wenige 100 m vom Inn entfernt. Leider ist das Haus recht altertümlich eingerichtet. Im Souterrain ist es sehr muffig und alles ist klamm. Nur 2 Zimmer hatten Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und diese waren beide nicht in Ordnung. Uns fehlte auch für diese Preisklasse eine Geschirrspülmaschine.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Frau Reischl war sehr angenehm. Frau Reischl ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat bei unserer Ankunft die Molton-Unterlagen und die Spannbetttücher mit meinem Waschmittel (da ich die handelsüblichen nicht vertrage) gewaschen, getrocknet und gebügelt.

Neubeuern

Wir reisten mit unserem großen schwarzen Schäferhund an. Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein und für uns war es völlig in Ordnung! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und von guter Qualität, was man nicht immer antrifft! Es gab einen kleinen Balkon, den wir viel benutzten. Der Garten ist an zwei Seiten offen, so dass man den Hund dort nicht frei herum springen lassen konnte- viele Katzen in der Nachbarschaft! Somit war der Balkon goldwert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da in direkter Nähe viele Seen und Berge sind und man jeden Tag etwas unternehmen kann. Die Gaststätten in der Umgebung sind auch sehr gut, so dass man sicherlich mit ein paar Pfunden mehr nach Hause kommt! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und wünschen anderen einen ebenso schönen Aufenthalt. Manuela und Andreas

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Ambiente

Wir haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist gemütlich und mit Ambiente eingerichtet. Alles war da man braucht und wir wurden nett begrüßt und betreut.

Tolles Häuschen, nette Gastgeberin

Haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt, total gemütlich man fühlt sich wie in einer Almhütte. Da wir anfangs leider schlechtes Wetter hatten waren wir hoch erfreut, sich als wir das Häuschen betraten empfing uns eine wohlige Wärme durch den großen Kachelofen der durch Frau Reischl bereits angeheizt war. Wir haben ihn noch mehrere Tage gern genutzt, Brennholz war reichlich vorhanden. Das Häuschen ist wie beschrieben, das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Souterrain und ist zur Wohnstube nach oben offen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt,leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt aber so konnten wir den schönen Ofen nutzen (Heizung ist auch vorhanden, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Hund

Mit meinem Hund habe ich einige ruhige und entspannte Urlaubstage in Bayern verbracht. Das Holzhaus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Möglichkeit mit Holz zu heizen fand ich sehr entspannend. Für den Hund gibts Gassirunden direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir waren jetzt im November bereits zum zweiten Mal innerhalb eines Jahres im Ferienhaus Reischl und planen bereits den dritten Aufenthalt. Das spricht bereits für sich selbst. Das schöne Holzhaus mit seiner guten Lage und seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung vermittelt eine behagliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Ruhiges schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten, Grill- und Stellplatz

Alle Räume auf einer Ebene, hochwertige Ausstattung, Die Betten sind Super - schlafen, wie auf Wolken. Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Gassistrecken. Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen. Freundliche und liebe Gastgeberfamilie, die im Nebenhaus wohnt. Frau Reischel betreut ihre Gäste vorzüglich und man kann vieles über die Region erfahren. Hans & Agathe R.
