Thatched roof. Tiled stove. Peace and quiet.

Exclusive half of a holiday home, 16a Lille Hus, with 4 rooms and approx. 85 m² spread over 3 levels (ground floor, ground floor, attic) for up to 4 people. In an absolutely quiet location in Tating near St. Peter-Ording. The ideal retreat for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Living room with two sofas, an armchair, SMART TV (satellite), tiled stove, and a dining table with four chairs. Open kitchen with an induction stove, oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, internet radio, Krups Nespresso coffee capsule machine, and a small sideboard facing the living area. Direct access to the sunny south-facing garden terrace (semi-open sunroom).

1st bedroom with 1 double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and wardrobes.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm), built-in closets, and two chairs.

First bathroom (shower room) with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine (top-loader), and natural light.
Second bathroom (bathtub) with a bathtub featuring a handheld showerhead, toilet, and hair dryer.

Study with a sofa for 1–2 people, a desk, a chair, a TV (satellite), and a wardrobe.

Hallway with coat rack, mirror, and storage room with vacuum cleaner and ironing set. Large garden property with a garden shed (available for use). High chair available.

Parking space and lockable bike storage for e-bikes are available in the carport on the right side of the house. Free Wi-Fi.

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The property is just a 5-minute drive from Ordinger Beach and our office.

NOTE: Barbecuing is prohibited due to the thatched roof.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, in einem Wendehammer. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, so dass man dort auch mit seinen Kindern den Rasen als Spielfläche nutzen kann. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überdachte Terrasse, wir saßen bei jedem Wetter draußen und haben dort unsere Mahlzeiten zu uns genommen. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat dort an nichts gefehlt. Großer Kritikpunkt an diesem Haus, an dem der Vermieter und die Vermietungsgesellschaft keine Schuld tragen-das Hause liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Bahnschiene mit unbeschrankten Bahnübergängen, wo alle 20-30 Minuten vorbeifahrende Personenzüge laute Signale abgeben,die uns morgens ab 5:20 Uhr aus aus dem Schlaf geholt haben und abends bis 23:30 Uhr begleitet haben.Sankt Peter-Ording ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, dort hat man viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu amüsieren oder seinen Urlaub bei schönstem Wetter am Strand zu verbringen.
