Zunächst danke ich Ihnen für Ihren Kommentar. Ich bin froh, dass Ihnen die Wohnung und ihre Lage gefallen hat. In Bezug auf das Fehlen eines Handbuchs für die Benutzung der Waschmaschine handelt es sich um einen Fehler, der behoben wird. Was das Babybett betrifft, so handelt es sich tatsächlich um ein operatives Problem, da in der Woche zuvor eine Reservierung mit einem Kind vorgenommen wurde und die Putzfrau Schwierigkeiten hat, das Bett zu schließen und zu öffnen. Da ich weit weg wohne, habe ich nicht viel Alternative, deshalb habe ich beschlossen, das Kinderbett aufzubewahren, um die Nutzung des Zimmers nicht zu beeinträchtigen. In der Tat sind die Schränke mit Winterkleidung gefüllt, die wir auch ändern werden. Im Frühsommer werden wir diese Kleidung entfernen, was nicht notwendig ist. Schließlich werden die Plastikbecher entfernt und durch Glasbecher ersetzt. Dear Sir I think your rating is unfair, for all we have said and resolved. It was the first time someone rated the apartment 3 stars and that must mean something ... In fact, it's not always possible to please everyone, but in your case, I really can't find any reason for the rating you gave.... Be aware of each one but for your behavior, I should have also rated you with a grade of 3 and would not return to rent the apartment, because it would be very difficult to please such demanding people.

Thanks for your rating, for your suggestions and for having preferred our apartment. We always try to respond as best we can and we do everything for our tenants to make them feel at home. We can not always fulfill all the suggestions that are given to us, because they are not easy to execute and we also know that no matter how hard we try, we can not please everyone. In what depends on us and can be executed, we always try to improve. In fact, the noise is a problem of the very frequented places and unfortunately, not all the people have the civismo necessary, the good conviviality, of not making noise after midnight (inside and outside of the building), that although it is forbidden , some people do not have any care and respect for others ...
