Diese Wohnung ist mit nichts zu empfehlen. Die einfachsten Dinge sind unzureichend da, wenn man wirklich mit 4 Personen anreisen möchte. In einzelnen Fugen der Wanne schimmelt es. Die Badewannenaufsatz für das Duschen ist kurz vor dem kaputt gehen. Der WLan- Empfang ist eine Katastrophe, weil es aus dem Erdgeschoss abgezweigt wird. Hinzu kommt ein Hausbewohner der Rauchen als Leistungssport betreibt und es somit im Zimmer zur Hofseite nach Rauch stinkt und das Fenster so gut wie nie zum Lüften geöffnet werden kann. Dort werden wir keinen Urlaub mehr machen.

Schöne Wohnung – aber enttäuschender Service durch den Anbieter

Die Ferienwohnung selbst war wirklich gut: sauber, gepflegt, gut gelegen. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – abgesehen davon, dass es etwas hellhörig war.Leider war der Service der verwaltenden Firma vor Ort (nicht FeWo-direkt selbst!) sehr enttäuschend. Schon bei der Buchung wurden zahlreiche versteckte Kosten erst im Nachhinein sichtbar: Reinigungsgebühr, Buchungsgebühr, Aufschläge für Bettwäsche, Late-Check-in, zusätzliche Kosten bei fehlenden Namen der Mitreisenden – all das stand so nicht im Inserat. Auch die angebliche „kostenlose Stornierung“ war irreführend, denn plötzlich tauchte eine Stornogebühr auf.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zudem extrem schlecht: unfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit und teils gar keine Antwort. Als wir z. B. die Bettwäsche teilweise abbestellen wollten, weil wir eigene mitbringen wollten, hieß es nur: entweder für alle oder gar nicht.Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Trotz Nennung meines Namens wurde ich angefahren, ohne den Wohnungsnamen könne man nichts tun – dabei stand der doch auf der Rechnung. Keine Begrüßung, kein Lächeln – stattdessen ein sehr herablassender Ton.Positiv war nur der Check-out: Die Dame war freundlich und hilfsbereit – deshalb habe ich mein Feedback nicht direkt vor Ort gegeben, möchte es aber hier unbedingt nachholen.Fazit: Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert – aber die Abwicklung durch den Anbieter war leider nicht professionell. Wer bucht, sollte mit undurchsichtigen Zusatzkosten und wenig Service re

Schöne Wohnung, leider Rauchgeruch

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, muss aber über eine steile Treppe erreicht werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön: hell, gut ausgestattet, sauber. Dias Kinderzimmer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung kann zur Nacht gut verdunkelt werden. Schlimm ist der Rauchgeruch, wenn man die Wohnung betritt, insbesondere in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer. Der angebotene PKW-Stellplatz ist etwas weit entfernt und auch nicht geschützt. Wenn möglich, besser das Parkhaus an der Promenade (Kurhaus) nehmen.
