Outside, a 250 sq ft deck with lounge chairs, gas firepit, and string lights makes evenings unforgettable.

A bright, newly finished garden-level suite with its own private entrance, full kitchen, Smart TV, two queen bedrooms, and a sofa that converts to a twin bed. The bathroom features beautiful boutique-hotel-worthy tilework. The private patio glows in the afternoon sun, perfect for coffee, a book, or happy hour. Solar string lights make it just as inviting after dark.

**Why I Love This Location**

There is something truly special about being perched on top of a hill in Seattle. The city was built on hills, and this neighborhood sits at one of its most iconic - North Queen Anne - where the elevation rewards you in every direction. Step outside and you are immediately greeted by views. Walk one way and the Ship Canal unfolds below you. Walk another and the Olympics or Cascades appear on the horizon. Every direction holds something worth stopping for.

The neighborhood itself is quietly wonderful. Tree-lined streets, lush greenery, and a genuine sense of calm that feels a world away from the city buzz, yet you are never far from anything. Fremont, Ballard, and Wallingford are all just 8 minutes away, putting some of Seattle's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and farmers markets right at your doorstep. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are a mere 12 minutes, making this one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in the city. You can walk down the hill and be at the water in 15 minutes.

What I love most is the balance. Birds fill the trees surrounding the property. The streets are quiet and walkable. Neighbors wave. And yet within minutes you can be in the thick of everything Seattle does best.
