The "Heimathafen" holiday home in Breege on Rügen offers a stunning view of the Bodden from every floor. The house features a small, southwest-facing garden<br><br> Approximately 80 square metres of living space are spread across three floors and a basement. <br><br>The view of the Bodden opens up as soon as you enter the house. The living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, is bright and inviting. From the dining area in the sunroom or the small garden (with a table and chairs), you can enjoy the view of the water while dining.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen, a large closet in the hallway, and a guest bathroom.<br><br>Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. Adjacent to the open loft area—which is also located there—is the spacious south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the Breeger Bodden and the sailboat moorings. Here, you’ll find a sofa bed for 1–2 people and an ottoman that can be folded out into a sleeping surface. This area is separated from the hallway by curtains, ensuring privacy here as well. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and a side view of the water.<br><br>A spacious bedroom with two single beds is located in the attic. It has a workspace with a view of the water, a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Breeger Harbour, and an additional TV. A high-quality ottoman with a sleep function can be used as an additional bed. <br><br>The sauna is located in the basement. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower and sink. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located behind a curtain.
