The holiday rental is located in Norderhafen, right next to the spa centre in a stylish apartment building, overlooking the trout lake. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The nearest beaches—Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km)—are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a ramp and a shower is located near the spa centre, right next to the building. You can take trips to the islands and Halligen on the Adler ships from Strucklahnungshörn (2 km).

Amenities
The 75-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible by both stairs and an lift. It has a very nice layout: a large living area with a sofa and TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, a comfortably equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a Nespresso machine, as well as a bright dining area. From here, you have a great view of the trout pond and access to the balcony.

The two bedrooms each feature a double bed (160 x 200) and each has access to its own shower room.

Special Features
In our non-smoking holiday rental, we’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and a parking space. You can store your bicycle in a bike shed. The holiday rental is heated by underfloor heating. A washer-dryer is available for your use.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the final price. Additional linen packages can be added via the optional services.
