The Space:

Welcome to the 'Garden Oasis,' your private retreat in our unique French Quarter guesthouse. This cozy room is designed for comfort and charm, comfortably accommodating two guests.

Shared Space:

Step outside your room into our lush, shared courtyard. It's a popular spot for guests to unwind, sip coffee, or enjoy an evening cocktail under the shade of mature Magnolia trees.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to their own room and en-suite bathroom. Entry is convenient and secure with self check-in via a smart lock. All rooms are accessed through exterior corridors behind a dedicated, locked gate, ensuring your safety and privacy.



Additionally, all guests have full access to our beautiful and peaceful shared central courtyard, a popular place to hang out and relax.



The Neighborhood:

Famous for its vibrant energy and historic charm, the French Quarter offers something around every corner. Lively Bourbon Street is filled with jazz clubs, Cajun restaurants, and iconic cocktail bars, while quieter nearby streets lead to the French Market’s local shops and gourmet bites. Stroll to Jackson Square to enjoy street performers and artists gathered beneath the beautiful St. Louis Cathedral, one of New Orleans’ most recognizable landmarks.



Getting Around:

Shops, music venues, and beloved 24-hour eateries are all just steps away. The streetcar line and public transportation are within a few blocks (see the New Orleans RTA website for routes and schedules). Uber and Lyft are also readily available and offer an easy, affordable, and safe way to explore the Crescent City.



Other Things to Note:

This is a six-room guesthouse, operating similarly to a bed & breakfast, but we do not provide breakfast. Each room is booked individually.
