The complex is located in Assenza di Brenzone. This is a very quiet area, 150 metres from Lake Garda and three minutes from the town centre, where you can find a newsagent's, cash dispenser, supermarket, bus stop, boat stop... furthermore, there are restaurants with typical cuisine with recipes based on fish from the lake, which you absolutely must try, as well as pizzerias and numerous beach bars on the lakeside.



The flat is located in a hilly area in an oasis of peace, out of the way of cars, immersed in the green of centuries-old olive trees.
