Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Strandkorb auf dem Balkon hat gefehlt (habe ich dem Mitarbeiter bereits mitgeteilt, wurde von Homepage entfernt), sonst. Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen, außer Schlafzimmer-hier waren die Möbel recht neuwertig. Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral, Auto kann in der Tiefgarage parken (Parkplätze sehr eng) Geruch aus dem Restaurant untendrunter sehr präsent, aber für uns erträglich.

Villa Anna I Nr. 44 ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Trotzdem ist das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung. Vielleicht übersehen wir das Eine oder andere auch, weil wir die Wohnung schon so lange nutzen.

Unser diesjähriger Urlaub (19.-26.9.) hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Schuld daran war die gebuchte Wohnung Nr. 44. Sie ist inzwischen (wohl nach einer erfolgten "Renovierung mit Möbelwechsel") ausgesprochen SPARTANISCH und sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre mehr. Verschiedene wichtige Gebrauchsgegenstände waren nicht mehr vorhanden. Sie wurden aber von dem freundlichen Personal auf unseren Hinweis sofort besorgt. So weit darf es aber gar nicht erst kommen. Unser Fazit zu ds. Wohnung lautet: sie kommt unter ds. Umständen für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Bisher sind wir zufrieden und hoffen, das es auch so bleibt. Eine Anmerkung zur Wohnung. Die Matratzen sind schon sehr durchgelegen. Vielleicht täuscht der Eigentümer diese ja bald Mal aus und entscheidet sich für härtere Matratzen.
