This was a super easy walk, about 20 minutes, to the convention center which worked perfectly for my conference for the weekend I stayed. Three floors and a bedroom and bathroom on each. Beds were super comfy and the house was beautiful. Other than a few stains on the carpet and some kind of white powdery stain on the upstairs dresser, everything was clean. I love that there was coffee available with creamer and syrups so I did not have to go buy anything for my morning coffee. Garbage bags and hand soap and body wash were all supplied also. Would definitely recommend staying if you have anything going on at the convention center and want an easy walk or quick drive without the expense of hotels.
