The room is a good size. Parking was ok, because it’s free on-street parking on the w/e, otherwise it would be 30 to park in the adjacent lots. The room needs an upgrade. Carpets are old & have an odour. The heating/cooling system is old & I needed to use the floor fan. Location was central, as described. The staff are nice & are helpful. Communication with host was very good.
