The whole family can take a seat at the dining table on elegant wicker chairs, while a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide multimedia entertainment.<br><br>The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances. The inventory includes, among other things, a large ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a high-end De’Longhi coffee maker, and a Ninja air fryer. <br><br>A washing machine is available in the utility room, and the ground floor also features a guest bathroom. <br><br>The kitchen window and the patio door are equipped with insect screens.<br><br>Under the stairs leading to the upper floor, the pets reside in a dog bed specially built by a carpenter. The staircase is equipped with a dog safety gate. Special features include a height-adjustable dog bar and a high-quality dog bed.<br><br>The upper floor features three bright, modern bedrooms. One is equipped with a large 180x200 cm double bed and a flat-screen TV; the second has two single beds pushed together; and the third bedroom has a single bed.
