Bonus: Guest Information <br>Due to construction work on the neighbouring property, noise disturbances may occur; see the Noise Abatement Ordinance—this is a year-round measure permitted by the local public order office.<br><br>You can truly enjoy your holiday in this modern holiday rental.<br>The beach and the beautiful promenade are nearby and just a short walk away.<br><br>The apartment is currently being spruced up for the new season.<br>New photos will be posted in early March.<br><br>The house “Rosel’s Traumhaus” is located in beautiful Dahme on the Baltic Sea, right behind the dike.<br><br>The property was renovated in the spring of 2020 with new bathrooms and kitchens. The house is about a 50-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach, and Olandt Bakery and the Puck supermarket/department store are within easy walking distance.<br><br>“Holiday Apartment 4” is located in the annex on the upper floor on the right.<br><br>The entryway features a closet for coats.<br><br>The new kitchen includes an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee maker. The living area also features a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a wall unit. From here, you can access the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture.<br><br>One bedroom has two single beds with two nightstands; the second bedroom features a loft bed that sleeps two and a wardrobe. If a toddler is travelling with you, a travel cot and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower with glass doors and a toilet.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for the duration of your stay.<br><br>You also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a small fee.<br><br>Construction work: <br>Construction work is currently underway on the neighbouring property, which may cause some noise disturbance. However, quiet hours will be observed.<br><br>This accommodation is arranged by our agency on behalf of and for the account of the owner.<br>When you make a booking, the rental agreement for the accommodation is concluded directly with the owner. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich In der Ferienwohnung Nr.4 Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind sehr eng für Wohnung Nr. 4, vor allem wenn Nr.3 nicht ordentlich parken kann. Der Nachteil an unserem Urlaub war, dass nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Es wurde vorab per Mail schon drauf hingewiesen und das auch darauf geachtet wird, dass Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden, dem war aber nicht so. Unser 1 jähriger Sohn hatte schon Schwierigkeiten einzuschlafen in der Mittagszeit. Da nicht nur Bau Lärm störte, sondern auch laute Musik. Auch würde des Öfteren abends nach 19 Uhr und Samstags noch dort gearbeitet. Da hätte ich mir mehr entgegenkommen, von zb einen kleinen Preisnachlass gewünscht. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ein schönes Haus und eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr gepflegt und in einer Top Lage ist.

1a Lage! Küche ist sehr eng, könnte vom Geschirr her etwas besser ausgestattet sein (wenig Frühstücksteller, einige beschädigt). Insgesamt ein komischer Geruch beim Betreten der Wohnung! Wir haben dauernd gelüftet und vermuten dass dieser von Putzmitteln stammt. Ging leider gar nicht weg. Insgesamt war an der Sauberkeit absolut nichts auszusetzen. Parkplatz (Nr. 4) war inklusive. Das Parken allerdings war schon eine Herausforderung! Sehr schmal, links ein weiterer Parkplatz, rechts ein Zaun. Ohne Einweisung ging gar nichts mit unserem Skoda Karoq.

Einfache Einrichtung

Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar !!das mal als erstes. Wir waren mit 4 fast erwachsen oder und haben uns auf das schön abgebildetes Sofa verlassen, was nicht vor Ort war !es war ein kleines Sofa dort ohne rückenkissen!!!!!wir haben uns an einer Holzlatten anlehnen müssen !!und das 1 Woche zu 4. .sorry das geht gar nicht .als wir Kontakt aufnahmen mit de Vermittlung,um die anderen Mängel auch nur einfach mitzuteilen, kam keinerlei Reaktion. Wohnung war Sonst echt ok ..aber der Vermittler ist wohl bekannt dafür wurde uns dort hin mehreren berichtet
