In the center of Wynwood, 15 min walk to Midtown and Design Districts, artsy modern loft with huge balcony, in the middle of Wynwood arts galleries, unique restaurants and bars, coffee shops. 2015 boutique building with 10’ ceilings, hurricane proof floor-to-ceiling windows, stacked washer & dryer, Bosch kitchen w teak cabinets. Not for light sleepers due to the bars and restaurants, however the balcony along the entire apartment, noise muffling curtains and excellent windows help.
