Pros: We are a family of five. This apartment was very clean & comfortable, it provided an excellent base for us to explore this part of Spain. While the resort gave us plenty to keep us entertained. Maurice was very helpful when I needed him. If we return we will hopefully stay in this apartment again.

The apartment itself is clean and well equipped . We were met by a key holding onsite firm that were most helpful. Would definitely recommend

Pros: We were a family of 5 staying in this lovely apartment. Maurice, the owner was very easy to deal with giving brilliant directions on how to get there. On arrival the apartment was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the front gate and was fabulous! We had it to ourselves for a few hours most mornings but it was never overly busy. The Al Kazar was a pleasant 15 minute walk away with some nice eating places and a shop selling all the essentials. We would definitely recommend car hire as we were able to go to different places/beaches and Mazarron Port in the evening is lovely. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely come back!

Pros: Before arriving we already got information about the surroundings (markets etc.)and apartment by the owner, very useful when we got there. Apartment is near the swiming pool,it is very safe because it has a separated part for the(small) children. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything there you need for a complete and relaxing holiday stay, the beds were made up, towels were put down, there is a babybed and high chair and toys for the kids. There was someone to meet us on site and to welcome us and show us around the apartment. On the Condado complex there is a big square were you find a supermarket or can go for a drink or meal. We visited Murcia and Pt. Mazarron just a short drive away. The complex is really clean and well kept, we had a great holiday.

Pros: We are an elderly couple and found this apartment brilliant to stay in, it is on the ground floor which meant no climbing stairs. Maurice is extremely nice to deal with he organised a taxi pick up for us as we weren't driving ourselves, and on arrival there was a complimentary breakfast pack as we arrived late with no shops open we really appreciated this. There is a trolley for carrying your messages from the shops which is great as we had no car and although the shop is not far away it was great to save us carrying bags. We were able to watch the soaps in the evening because they have a box with all the English tv channels on it. I have to say we found the apartment spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a great stay. I can’t recommend staying here highly enough. Thanks Maurice for all your help.

Pros: - Un propiaitaire tres engagé et sympathique - Assistance au moment de l'arrivé, un superbe acceuil ! - Appartement moderne tres bien equipé (il manque vraiment rien). - Je recommande cet appartement aux personnes avec les enfants, ils pourront se promener sans risques autour de la proprieté. - La piscine se trouve a 2 pas. Seul bemol, la plage est un peu loin si vous voulez y aller tous les jours.
