Die Wohnung roch verraucht und muffig. Die Herdplatten teilweise ohne Funktion. Ausstattung insgesamt sehr verbraucht. Defekte Bodenfliesen im Badezimmer.

Alles Ok

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter-Service ist auch freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch gut. Einziger „Mangel“ ist die Einrichtung bzw. die Deko. Es ist nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet. Möbel und Deko sind gefühlt aus den 90er und eher das was woanders übrig geblieben ist. Sofakissen und eine Decke fehlen z.B. ganz. Aber im Grunde ist das Geschmacksache. Besonders willkommen haben wir uns jedenfalls nicht gefühlt. Aber sachlich gibt es nix zu beanstanden. Lage ist super zentral und nahe am Deich.
